The 54u white matte PP label is a high-performance labeling material designed for temporary applications that require easy removability. Its 40g/m² matte opalescent polypropylene face material with a special coating offers a sophisticated finish and excellent ink receptivity for vibrant prints. The 58g/m² white glassine liner, treated with a super calender, provides smooth handling and efficient processing.

Product Application
The material has a certain degree of tear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and is widely used in labels in industries such as washing, cosmetics, daily chemicals, food, kitchen utensils, and book electronic labels.

Converting
Matt white polypropylene film with a layer of coating on the surface, suitable for various printing methods such as flexographic printing, letterpress printing, screen printing and thermal transfer printing, etc., and has good expressive power for inks. Product labels with important properties such as water resistance, oil resistance and chemical substances, etc., have good covering performance. Sharp knives should be used in die-cutting, and at the same time, avoid label overflow due to excessive winding tension.
